Policy
***The section concerning returns and RMA numbers only apply to our ebay
buyers.***
SandS Surplus
will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the
15 days of receipt. The customer will have to contact the manufacturer for
further assistance.
All return items MUST be brand new, factory sealed,
unused, and untouched.
Open Boxes can only be exchanged.
ALL returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 15%
restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective or exchanges).
We also bear the return shipping charges of damaged and
defective products.
All Returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all
manufacturers’ packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets
and all other supplied accessories.
We are not responsible for any price changes within 3 days
of purchase.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
The customer assumes responsibility for the package until
it arrives at our location.

and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number before
returning any merchandise to us.
Any merchandise sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by SandS Surplus.
Please Keep ALL packing material and documentation in the
event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
Please include the following information when returning an item:

1) Your RMA number on your invoice (please do not write
on the items box or the package will not be accepted even if it is not
defective).

2) A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).

3) A note stating if you would like the return for credit, replacement or exchange.
SandS Surplus is not
responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper, you must contact carrier.
An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
Customer is responsible for all returns till it arrives to our location.
Shipping, Express Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are -NON-Refundable.
